Your own language, all the way through
From the first phone call to the plan you take home, the conversation happens in Danish, English or Spanish, whichever you choose. Nothing about your own mouth gets explained to you in a language you only half follow.
The price before the treatment
You get a written estimate before anything starts. If the plan has to change while you are in the chair, we stop and tell you what that means for the cost before we carry on.
Room to be nervous
Plenty of people put the dentist off for years, and the reason is usually fear rather than teeth. Say so when you arrive. We go slowly, say what is about to happen before it happens, and stop when you ask us to.
New, and honest about it
We have no years behind us and no long patient list to point at. What we have is the way we work, and you can judge that from the first appointment rather than from a number on a website.
The people here
A small clinic, and the same faces each time.
PERLUNA is small on purpose. You meet the same people at reception and in the treatment room, so you are not starting from the beginning at every visit. Nobody on this site is named, and nobody is given a title, because the people in these photographs are generated and it would be dishonest to hand them qualifications they do not hold.
